A: We provide charter transportation for school field trips, church events, weddings, family reunions, corporate travel, conventions, and theme park shuttles.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is preferred.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your trip. Full payment must be made before the date of departure.

Q: Can I cancel or get a refund?
A: You may cancel at any time. Deposits are non-refundable, but any additional payments may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Q: Is smoking or drinking allowed on the bus?
A: No. We maintain a strict no smoking and no alcohol policy on all buses for safety and cleanliness.

Q: Are your drivers CDL certified?
A: Yes. All Moramel drivers are CDL Class B or A licensed with a passenger endorsement and are DOT/FMCSA compliant.

Q: Can we play music or videos on the bus?
A: Yes, most of our coaches come with entertainment systems. You’re welcome to bring your own playlist or DVDs. Ask your booking rep for availability.

Q: Do you offer ADA/wheelchair-accessible buses?
A: Please notify us during booking if you need ADA accommodations, and we will do our best to provide an accessible vehicle.

Q: Do you operate out of state?
A: Yes. We are authorized for interstate travel and can accommodate trips throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Q: Can we bring food or drinks on the bus?
A: Yes, snacks and drinks are allowed as long as passengers clean up after themselves. No glass containers or open alcohol permitted.

Q: What happens if the bus breaks down?
A: Our fleet is well-maintained and regularly inspected. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we have roadside assistance and dispatch backup support.

Q: How many passengers can your buses hold?
A: Our full-size motorcoaches seat up to 56 passengers comfortably, with room for luggage.

Q: Do your buses have Wi-Fi or power outlets?
A: Some of our newer coaches include Wi-Fi and charging ports. Please ask when booking to confirm availability.
